Brisavela operates a self-hosted content scheduling tool at brisavela.com. This policy explains what the tool stores and why. It is operated by Brisavela, contact info@brisavela.com.

Who uses this tool

The tool is used by Brisavela staff to publish to social media accounts that Brisavela owns and controls. It is not offered to the public and it does not create accounts for third parties.

What we store

• Authorization tokens issued by the social platforms (TikTok, Meta, X and others) when we connect our own accounts. Tokens are stored encrypted on our own server and are never shared with third parties.
• Account identifiers and display names returned by those platforms, so the operator can see which account a post will go to.
• Media and captions we upload for scheduling, until they are published or deleted.
• Publishing logs: timestamps, target account and outcome.

What we do not do

• We do not collect personal data from visitors of this website.
• We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties.
• We do not use platform data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not access followers' or viewers' personal data.

Platform data

Data obtained through platform APIs is used only to publish and to report the result of publishing. It is retained while the connection is active and deleted when the account is disconnected or on request.

Where it lives and who can reach it

Data is stored on a dedicated server operated by Brisavela. Access is restricted to Brisavela staff and protected by authentication. The service is served over HTTPS.

Automated and AI-generated content

The images and videos published by Brisavela depict synthetic characters generated with artificial intelligence. They do not depict real people. Posts are labelled as AI-generated using each platform's disclosure mechanism and embedded content credentials.

Deletion and requests

To request deletion of any data described here, write to info@brisavela.com. Connected accounts can also be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings.
